Potato Casserole

Serves 8

INGREDIENTS
2# frozen hash browns
1# cubed ham
½ cup melted butter
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
2 Tbs. dry onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated

Topping
¼ cup melted butter
2 cups crushed corn flakes

PROCEDURE
Mix first 8 ingredients & put in buttered tin. Cover & Freeze.

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Thaw. Top with buttered corn flakes. Bake in 350 oven 45-60 minutes.
